“Statute, which provides that prostitution may be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months, by fine of not more than $200 or by such fine and imprisonment, is intended to apply to conduct consisting of common indiscriminate sexual activity for hire; as so construed, the statute is not unconstitutionally vague in its use of the word “prostitutes.” Com. v. King 374 Mass. 5, 372 N.E.2d 196 Mass. (1977).
